Nothing in life has meaning besides the meaning we give it, so when you’re feeling lost you get to decide if the moment is empowering you or disempowering you. See every moment as serving a greater purpose in your life.
Pain Is Inevitable, Suffering Is Optional.

Nothing lasts forever, including pain and feeling lost. These feelings only last when you resist them, so practice feeling these sensations in your body fully without any mental drama. The sensation never lasts more than a few seconds when you fully feel it in your body.

Make Is-ness Your Business.

The past and future are mental constructs. The only thing that’s real is this moment. The trick to rebuilding your life when you’re feeling lost is to become a master at living fully in the present moment.
Do The Basics, One Day At A Time.

They key to getting back on track and getting past feeling lost is to start small and take it one day at a time. Eat real foods, exercise, go out with friends – even if you don’t feel like doing any of these things. Take it one day at a time and you’ll stop feeling lost.
